Help!

How do I schedule a makeup lesson?

It's super easy but there's a few things you need to keep in mind:

• To cancel your lesson and receive a makeup pass, 24 hour notice is required
  • True 24 hour notice is required (i.e. If your lesson is at 5pm, it must be canceled by 5pm the day before)
• A make up pass is valid for 30 days from the date you canceled your lesson
  • If you are canceling a future lesson, the makeup pass will still only be valid 30 days from the date you actually canceled the lesson.
• Please do not book any makeups more than 2 weeks in advance if possible
  • Our schedule & availability changes daily and the 2-week timeframe helps us to avoid needing to change or shift the makeup you’ve requested.
• You will be unable to book a makeup lesson within 24 hours so please plan accordingly
• You will also be unable to cancel a lesson more than 30 days in the future
• Lastly, if you cancel a makeup lesson, the expiration date of your pass will remain the same (it will not reset)

How do I access the Method App?
Great questions! There are multiple ways to access it!

• Via Desktop/Laptop - Visit method.schoolofrock.com
  
• or Via Tablet/Mobile Device - Download School of Rock Method App from the App Store
• Once you are on the method website or the app has downloaded:
  • Login with your email/password created for your Pike13 account
  • *We encourage you to create a unique password for your student to use the method app*
• Your Method App Dashboard will appear with your assignments from your instructor.
• Also feel free to browse our collection of thousands of songs and exercises!
